Colorado Custom Builder is a family owned company who offers comprehensive design and construction in creating your structure from the ground up through the finished product.

We specialize in detached structures from guest homes, barns, indoor arenas, storage units, retail and garages to full scale equestrian facilities.

We designed and built this structure which includes a house with a basement, a large loft over looking the vaulted ceiling great room, a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and full master bath, full kitchen, dining area with door leading to porch, 2nd full bathroom and a mud room/laundry/mechanical room. The house is attached to a 84’ barn with 6 stalls including a foaling stall, a 12’ x 24’ tack room, interior entry to house, 14’ aisle, grooming stall and storage. Everything in the pictures represents our excellent work. However, we did not install the house windows nor apply the stone on the barn. The roof is seamless raised steel. The siding is vertical pine board on board. Peeled log Vega's are throughout the wrap around porch and exterior of the barn. The interior of the barn is finished with pine board walls and Stablemaster stalls. The barn features multi sized cupolas and yardarms along with one cupola on the house. A 12’ canopy runs the entire length of the barn to protect the stalls in addition to a canopy over the hitching rail/wash area outside the tack room and grooming stall.
